Traveling with Bloom

Volunteering projects

Bloom Foundation organizes short term group volunteering projects within Europe for organizations that work with young adults who are looking for their (learning) process. This can be in school / work area, but also in their personal development

Bloom offers organizations and their participants the opportunity to travel well prepared and afterwards implement what they have learned, using a detailed methodology. In total, the process takes 3 months.

Participants are between 18-27 years old and in search for their competences, learning opportunities and their future perspective. As part of this process, two weeks of voluntary work abroad, is carried out in groups under supervision.

Bloom organizes these trips with a grant from European Solidarity Corps (ESC) and is accredited for coordinating these ESC projects.

The European Solidarity Corps is a European Union subsidy program for young people and civil society organizations who want to make the world a bit more beautiful.

Organizations prepare young people for active participation in society, with funding from the European Solidarity Corps. In this way they promote solidarity, social inclusion, diversity, active citizenship and better access to the labor market.
